T’Juana Tacos epitomizes the reason we love local. There's a passion, a commitment to quality, an authenticity, and just an overall feeling of love that you don't find anywhere else. Owners Monica and Ryan bring this to life in each and every taco. They started T'Juana Tacos as a farmer's market stand in 2019 and now they're serving up their tacos at their communal kitchen location in West Seattle.
Not only are they passionate about their food, they're also passionate about supporting other Seattle micro-businesses by incorporating their products into their recipes. Tight 5 Farm in Ballard is one of their favorite micro-businesses, providing the beautiful organic micro greens that help T'Juana Tacos bring the delicious flavors of their dishes (including their vegan tacos!!) to life with Instagram-worthy visual appeal. Another company feeling the micro-business love is Sno Valley Mushroom, providing their huge variety of organic mushrooms utilized in T'Juana Tacos rotating vegan dishes.
While it's difficult for any small business to sustain in these challenging and uncertain times, mutual support like this is a huge benefit to helping each other survive. Let's all do our part as local customers and show our support and love by eating at T'Juana Tacos and other local small and micro-businesses and sharing the word to inspire others to eat and shop local!
