In 1881, Colin Shilling's great-great-grandfather, August, founded the Schilling Spice Company in San Francisco. His goal was to bring pure, natural spices to everyone in the west. He accomplished this goal by selling premium spices in affordable tin packaging. Over one hundred and thirty years later, Schilling Cider carries on this tradition. We founded Schilling Cider to bring great cider to the masses by crafting high quality cider in affordable packaging and offering it at a fair price.
