At Pet Place Market, our goal is to provide pets and their owners with nutritional and well researched choices. We carry more than 25 different ranges of high-quality dog and cat food, as well as numerous lines of foods and accessories for small animals, fish and reptiles. Our expert staff is on hand seven days a week to help answer questions and ensure your pet is provided the best options. In addition, PPM provides all the specialty supplies you may need for your furry pets – treats & supplements, crates, apparel, leashes, collars, etc. A one-stop shop for the good care of your beloved animals.

Our story: The Pet Place Market journey started back in April 2007. Chris acquired the North Bend facilities in 2016 and has been steadily growing PPM since. Amy and Chris launched the Anacortes location in June 2019 which allowed them to expand PPM's food and supply offerings to meet increasing demand from our local pet lover's community. We recently launched our online platform, giving greater ease and fulfilment flexibility to our customers. We believe in buying local, which also allows us to compete with the online only communities. Amy is a native to the Seattle area, living here her entire life. Chris migrated to Seattle over 20 years ago and has made it home. Together we have two dogs – Nala and Jazzie, an English Crème Golden Retriever and a blended rescue. Our beloved rescue cat, Blue, came to us via Texas after the floods left a number of animals without homes. We both have grown up with animals our entire life and launched into PPM out of love for animals and the people who care for them.

Being an active member in our community is a must for PPM. We believe in giving back. PPM supports many local community organizations including but not limited to, Old Dog Haven, Mt Si Food Bank, Seattle’s Garfield High School, University of Washington, Mt. Si High School Band, Good Dog! At Pet Place Market, our first priority is the safety of our customers, employees and community. We are practicing social distancing in the store, allowing 4 retail customers and 2 bath customers at a time. Our home delivery radius is 35 miles – which means we are willing to travel and meet the needs of a large base of customers.
