We have welcomed a vibrant and talented new Chef onto our culinary team! Steph is a ballet dancer turned chef who made his way to Seattle from Canada via Southern France, He spent some time studying on a 100 acre organic farm in Ireland which has shaped his views on the locality and sustainability of our menu. Steph gained experience as the pastry chef at a one Michelin starred restaurant and is now sharing his love for gorgeous, seasonal food with the residents of Queen Anne.
Our beverage program will continue to push limits while featuring seasonal produce and locally foraged flowers, berries and herbs. While we focus on take out and delivery for the safety of our staff and guests alike, our Pacific Northwest draft beers will be available in growlers and growlers for our Upper QA community. We feature a varied selection of natural wines that are perfectly paired (by the knowledgeable Molly of Molly’s Bottle Shop in North Ballard!).
