We're a nanobrewery hyper-focused on crafting a diverse lineup of unique artisan brews.
Owner/Head Brewer Jim Crawford started brewing many years ago when his wife Leina'ala bought him a homebrew kit as a birthday present. Both of us have formal brewing training, besides many years of hands-on experience. Our passion drives us to keep creating new recipes pushing the intricate relationships between hops, grain, and yeast strains.
Lastly, the company's name inspiration is from growing up rafting many northwest rivers, enjoying stand-up paddle boarding, and "of course" a mash paddle, which is part of the brewing process.
