Our Poke and Poke Bowls are
Hawaiian-Style... meaning that it's all
about the poke. If you're looking for all the sides, that's not our style.
The Ahi is Fresh from Hawaii, Salmon from BC Canada and the Hamachi and Tako are from Japan – All Premium Sushi Grade 1. We also have specials of locally sourced fresh seafood as well.
ABOUT THE CHEF
Born and raised in Kahalu'u, O'ahu
I grew up as a waterboy - fishing,
surfing and diving every chance I got.
My Uncle Reuben was a commercial fisherman who taught me how to cut fish and make Poke at a very young age.
His boat, the Popo Too, is still moored
at the He'eia Kea Pier. I even use
the knife he gave me when
I was 8 years old everyday!
I was, and continue to be, a Foodie even before it became a thing. I know all the best places to eat... ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you!
Since moving to Seattle, the one craving I always have is for authentic Hawaiian-style poke. No mo hea la dat – So I had to open my own place!
