Hi, I’m Graham, the guy behind the smoker at Frank’s Smokehouse. I grew up in the St. Louis area where I caught the BBQ bug early. Some of my favorite memories are from sitting in the backyard with my grandfather, Raymond Frank, grilling pork steaks and listening to the Cardinals on the radio. Over the years I’ve worked in some great kitchens, but the love of smoked meat was calling my name. After numerous backyard BBQs with friends, I finally decided to take the leap. Now I’m here at the historic Waterwheel Lounge in Ballard, serving up St. Louis-style BBQ and following my dream!
