Owners and Bridle Trails residents Russ and Pam Kimball purchased Evergreen State Heat & AC in October 1998 making them the third owners. After fifty successful years serving Snohomish county Russ has decided to expand the company and branch out as Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC to meet the growing needs of Bellevue.
As a union company, we are in constant communication with our partners in receiving, coordinating, and updating health and safety procedures as the WHO, CDC, and OSHA funnel new data about COVID-19 on a near-daily basis. Our community is our lifeline. Simply put, a furnace is replaceable; a human being is not.
All service technicians and installer crew members have been furnished with disposable safety glasses, masks, and gloves to be used during calls to residential homes or commercial properties. Hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes, and disinfectants have been provided as well. If there is greater concern or risk for a particular customer, we have full PPE available, such as Tyvek suits. Physical distancing is stressed here as well, and we are informing our customers the importance of this safety measure.
Safety meetings on the advantages of combating the disease through personal hygiene and COVID-19 symptom awareness have been conducted regularly to ensure our team members are prepared and mindful.
Our office locations are currently closed to walk-in service. Customers are asked to call us and discuss their needs. We’re here to help! All locations are being sanitized daily with products recommended by the CDC and known to remove viral pathogens. All equipment, tools, and service vans are also being sanitized regularly.
This is just a sample of our extensive safety procedures to ensure we are doing our part in to help flatten the curve.
