Located on the 31st floor of the Lincoln Square South-Tower building, locally owned Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi exudes a vibrant fusion of modern steak, raw bar and lounge. The dining room compliments both the unobstructed lake and city views, as well as the searing culinary heartbeat of its open wood grill kitchen & sushi bar.

Ascend Prime Steak and Sushi is excited to re-open its doors on June 12 and show off the best view in Bellevue! There will be limited seating based on state-mandated capacity guidelines, so reservations for the dining room and bar are recommended in order to guarantee a table.

In the last few months, we’ve adapted to the changes that faced every restaurant and our industry as a whole. Through perseverance came innovation, creative thinking, and gratitude for the support of our community.

As we navigate through the months ahead, the needs and safety of our guests and employees are of the highest importance. We’ve revised our service to include single-use menus, ipad menus cleaned after every use, and a QR code to view the menu on a cell phone. 

Although dining will be different when we open our doors, what hasn’t changed is our passion for food, hospitality, and unparalleled dining experiences that will make memories to last a lifetime.
