Conscious Eatery is Seattle's philanthropic sandwich shop. Not only is our food delicious, but it represents a larger movement. We are a group of conscious minded individuals on a mission to change lives. We provide top quality lunches in our restaurant and to businesses in the Seattle area, while giving back to the community by donating hearty meals to those in need. We donate one meal for every meal sold.
We take extreme pride in sourcing our food locally, through the best the neighborhood has to offer. Carefully selected, all of our produce is from Charlie’s Produce, our bread is from Grand Central Bakery, and all our meat is from Mac Donald Meat Co. Each of our purveyors are delivered from our neighbors in South Seattle- with less than a mile of transportation time. In other words, we aim to source fresh food.
Roasting all meats, mixing all dressings and sauces, pressing our own juices, and constructing all soups from scratch- we refuse to take the easy way to ensure all of our food is delicious and made with love.
