JOSE GARZON: Jose Garzon is a former world traveler and musician turned chef. He is currently chef/owner of GARZÓN LATINX STREET FOOD pop-up restaurant. Bringing his Ecuadorian/indigenous heritage to the PNW, Chef Garzon is breaking all the molds, and bringing a new experience to the area.
STEFANIE HIEBER: Stefanie naturally stepped into this journey & process with Chef José. Being extremely passionate about sharing cultures, creating memories and enjoying delicious food; she is eager to get Garzon’s food in peoples hands.
Stefanie is a Swiss Army knife and hops in to fill any need that there is. She loves to meet people, have fun and is ready to grow Garzon into a brick n mortar restaurant!
